Just the Job! National Recruitment Firm Pertemps Move into their new ‘Space to Thrive’ in Wrexham.  ​

February was full of changes at 67 Regent Street as National Recruitment firm, Pertemps Network moved their Wrexham Branch into new three new interlinking offices at The Regent.  One moment in late December last year set into motion massive changes at our business and conference centre development in the heart of Wrexham. The ink was just dry on the lease document and Christmas shutdown was upon us, so we had to move like whippets to get everything in place for the move date.

As a small property business, the process could have been more difficult than it was. Thankfully, we already had a good team of trustworthy contractors in place to carry out all the refurbishment work required to change three elegant meeting rooms into a huge functional serviced office.
