Two Bedroomed House To Let14/12/2015 Just in time for a Christmas / New Year house move, the lovely spacious two bedroomed house I’ve been refurbishing in finally complete.I know November is a funny time to start a house refurbishment, especially considering all the rain we’ve had. Sometimes you just can’t choose when a job gets done, you’ve just got to roll up your sleeves and push on. As it turned out, it was the perfect time to start, my trusted team were all available just when needed, I couldn’t have asked for more.
This two bedroomed house is surprisingly spacious and so cosy ( if only mine was a lovely and warm) as only a few months previously it benefited from the Wrexham Council’s Project 7 , Vibrant and Viable Places Grant insulation work which has wrapped the whole building a lovely warm blanket, perfect for our unpredictable British weather. It’s a very attractive two double bedroom mid terrace conveniently located St John’s Road, Wrexham with a little courtyard out the back, as well as a separate secure rear garden with shed. I’ve updated the fixtures and decor right through from the two reception rooms through to the kitchen and bedrooms, keeping what we can and making the most of the space. We have laid top quality oak Rhino flooring throughout downstairs for easy maintenance and co-ordinated look; I’ve been using Rhino flooring for 12 years and it just gets better. On the stairs and through to bedrooms there is a neutral carpet well under laid for extra comfort and easy to clean too. We’ve Rhosddu Carpets, Wrexham for the flooring, always a fabulous selection and great service. This house is a perfect blank canvas, pop the furniture in and personalise to make it a true home from home, for more details and to see snapshot, use this link for Grow Property, based on King Street, Wrexham. Early viewings are recommended as it’s just come on the market. The house would suit a professional couple or a small family as it’s ideally placed to Wrexham town centre and local amenities and Wrexham Industrial Estate is less than 5 minutes by car. There is a lovely friendly neighbourhood feel with a mixture of retired and working people on the street. Parking is on road and for the four weeks I’ve been working there, no parking problems have been experienced day or evening. With this now wrapped up, I wonder what’s next on the horizon, perhaps a little personal project in the Spring, I suspect it’ll turn out to be bigger than I imagined. Until next time. Joanna
