Larger than life Yorkshire man, Ady Clegg restores carved wooden Art Work at Wrexham Offices. For a few months we've been enjoying the services of husband and wife team, Cleggs Cleaning & Maintenance who have been looking after our properties in Wrexham. Adrian Clegg, a larger than life, Yorkshire man has been brushing, scraping, ripping and skipping for us. Whilst his wife has welded her mop and duster about. And what a wonderful impact they have made. The transformation has most recently been felt at The Regent, Offices & Business Centre on Regent Street where the wooden bench and external Wall Art originally carved by Simon O'Rourke, Tree Carving 5 years ago was looking very tired. The bench in particular was possibly beyond repair after 5 years of no maintenance and the battering of fierce winds and rain. You can see what state the bench was in; the wall sign wasn't any better. Thankfully our handy restoration man, Adrian has brought both the sign and bench back from the brink by carefully sanding down, filling, painting and varnishing to bring out the best in pieces. Now our clients can quite happily sit in the sun trap at the back of the offices enjoying their lunch and tea breaks without fear of getting splinters in their bottoms! We're absolutely delighted with the results and heartily recommend Adrian for Gardening, Groundwork and maintenance on commercial and residential properties. Contact Adrian here for your cleaning, maintenance and
restoration needs. Until next time, take care! Joanna

Leighton Cox Ltd- Move in.23/10/2018 Last week, we were delighted to welcome Globetrotting Camera Operator, Leighton Cox into his new Wrexham office.Leighton Cox, is the face ( and hair) behind cursoncamera.com and has a rapidly growing YouTube Channel for camera aficionados. Broadcasting weekly on his channel, Leighton has over 10 years’ experience in the industry. With his skills he’s created content and footage for the likes of Amazon Prime Originals, Booking.com, Red Bull and This Girl Can to name a few. More locally he’s apparently one of the brains behind Wrexham TV, but that could be a vicious rumour, we’ll see. We have a sneaking suspicion that we’ll be seeing more of Wrexham TV soon. Interestingly, Leighton is only two doors away from our resident newshounds, Wrexham.com. So keep an eye out for exciting camera collaboration on Wrexham.com and further afield. As an aside, it’s interesting to note that, between them Wrexham.com, Leighton Cox Ltd and Mercury Promotions, aka Wales Comic Con are fast turning the first floor at 67 Regent Street into a creative and media hub. This brings a nice mix into the building with Pertemps Recruitment having the majority holding downstairs. We’re glad Leighton has made The Regent, Wrexham his ‘space to thrive’ and wish him every success for the future. Until next time, happy Officing. Pertemps continue to thrive at The Regent.18/10/2016 Wrexham Branch of National Recruitment Firm, Pertemps take on more space to thrive at 67 Regent Street.67 Regent Street in Wrexham has proved a positive move for Pertemps Wrexham. Last Friday morning we handed the key over to another office suite at The Regent, Wrexham. Pertemps Wrexham has expanded steadily under Branch Manager, John Stubbs since he took over about a year ago.
To me, it seems only few months back that Pertemps moved into their ground floor offices, yet it was nearly two years ago in December 2014 that Pertemps took over the conference space at 67 Regent Street, relocating from 40 Regent Street. Since then, the number of recruitment specialist staff at the branch has doubled. Due to their expansion, they’ve been looking for some extra space in the building, so when Mercury Promotions moved offices, it was an opportunity not to be missed. Now with the Harlech Suite, Pertemps have an additional quiet space for interviews, meetings and more. We wish our clients Pertemps every success in the coming years as they continue to be ‘the face of recruitment’ here in Wrexham. If you’re seeking a new job, looking to change your career or need some advice visit Pertemps. Until next time. Happy Officing! Joanna x

Recruitment Firm move in.18/3/2015 Just the Job! National Recruitment Firm Pertemps Move into their new ‘Space to Thrive’ in Wrexham. February was full of changes at 67 Regent Street as National Recruitment firm, Pertemps Network moved their Wrexham Branch into new three new interlinking offices at The Regent. One moment in late December last year set into motion massive changes at our business and conference centre development in the heart of Wrexham. The ink was just dry on the lease document and Christmas shutdown was upon us, so we had to move like whippets to get everything in place for the move date. As a small property business, the process could have been more difficult than it was. Thankfully, we already had a good team of trustworthy contractors in place to carry out all the refurbishment work required to change three elegant meeting rooms into a huge functional serviced office. We've changed the rooms from this: To this:
