During this Summer our Plymouth Contractors, Lords Pinnacle undertook the muck and bullets side of the refurbishment of this three bedroom house; whilst I did the remote control from North Wales. The refurbishment was actually more like gutting it back to the shell. If you’re into property you’ll know that one little thing leads to another thing and sometimes leads to a big thing. One ready, the house was swiftly let to a young couple with children, but due to personal circumstances they needed to move closer to family on the outskirts of the city. It’s only had 6 months use since being renovated and is in mint condition with everything new. It’s painted in Dulux Porcelain Doll and accented with Dulux Engraved Locket and all white woodwork. We’re scheduled to have the outside painted during the Summer of 2019, I’m thinking a lovely shade of pink for this one! We have the one next door on the corner, and it’ll be nice to give the exterior a new dress ( as I like to call it)

We have laid top quality grey limed oak vinyl throughout downstairs for easy maintenance and coordinated look; I’ve been using vinyl for 15 years and it really is the way to go for easy maintenance and a great look. On the first and second floors we have a nice neutral mid grey carpet and again vinyl in the bathroom.
